HSBC RedCoin: HKD Stablecoin Goes Live for 3.3M PayMe Users
HSBC RedCoin (RCHKD), the bank's first stablecoin, launched on PayMe on 23 October 2026. The HKMA-licensed HKD token starts with P2P transfers and payments at 100,000+ merchants, with tokenised fund subscriptions planned later this year.
