PRIVACY POLICY

Stablecoin Insider (stablecoininsider.org)

Last Updated: 16.07.2026

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how Stablecoin Insider ("Stablecoin Insider," "we," "us," or "our"), a Free Zone Company (FZCO) registered with the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit stablecoininsider.org (the "Site"), subscribe to our newsletter, or submit our contact form.

1.2 We act as the data controller for personal data collected through the Site, as that term is defined under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL").

1.3 This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

2. SCOPE AND APPLICABLE LAW

2.1 This Policy is issued in accordance with the PDPL and applicable UAE data protection regulations. Because the Site is read by an international audience, including readers based in the European Union, United Kingdom, and elsewhere, we have also had regard to widely recognized data protection principles (such as those under the EU General Data Protection Regulation) in designing our practices, without this constituting an admission that such foreign laws directly apply to us.

2.2 If you are located outside the UAE, your personal data will be processed in accordance with this Policy and may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the UAE or other countries where our service providers operate, as described in Section 8 below.

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following categories of personal data:

3.1 Data you provide directly:

(a) Newsletter subscription: your email address and, where provided, your name.

(b) Contact form submissions: your name, email address, the content of your message, and any other information you choose to include.

(c) Any correspondence you send us directly (e.g., replies to our emails, or inquiries about partnerships, advisory, or AI SEO/AEO services) will be added to our Newsletter and you can opt out at any time.

3.2 Data collected automatically:

(a) Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, referring/exit pages, click patterns, and general navigation behavior.

(b) Device and technical data: IP address (which may be used to derive approximate location at a country/city level), browser type and version, operating system, and device type.

(c) Cookies and similar tracking technologies, as described in Section 5 below.

d) Data identified through website visitor-identification tools (see Section 6.4–6.6)

3.3 We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as health, religious, or biometric data) through the Site, and you should not submit such data through the contact form.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS

We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

(a) To deliver newsletter content you have subscribed to — legal basis: your consent, given at the point of subscription or automatically via creating a correspondence with us.

(b) To respond to inquiries submitted via the contact form — legal basis: your consent and/or our legitimate interest in responding to communications directed to us.

(c) To identify business visitors to the Site through tools such as RB2B, and to add identified individuals to our newsletter distribution list — legal basis: our legitimate interest in developing relevant business relationships with our institutional readership. Where you are located in a jurisdiction requiring opt-in consent for marketing communications (e.g., the EU/UK) and did not affirmatively provide it, you may object to this processing at any time as described in Section 6.6.

(d) To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, including analyzing aggregate usage trends — legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the Site.

(e) To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Use — legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the Site and our Users.

(f) To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or governmental requests — legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

(g) Where you have separately engaged us for AI SEO/AEO, advisory, research, or partnership services... — legal basis: performance of a contract.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Where you download a report, whitepaper, or similar resource produced in partnership with a third party, your data (such as name and email address) may be shared with the partner(s) contributing to that report, so that they can follow up with you directly regarding its content. This will be clearly disclosed at the point of download.

5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

5.1 The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels or local storage) to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site.

5.2 Categories of cookies used:

(a) Strictly necessary cookies: required for the Site's core functionality (e.g., security, load balancing).

(b) Analytics cookies: used to understand aggregate visitor behavior (e.g., page views, session duration, traffic sources), enabling us to improve Content and Site performance.

(c) Functional cookies: used to remember choices you make on the Site (such as newsletter subscription status).

5.3 We currently use Google Analytics for aggregate traffic analytics and Ghost as our publishing and newsletter platform, each of which may set its own cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy. Where third-party analytics or advertising tools are added in future, this Policy will be updated accordingly.

5.4 Most browsers allow you to control or disable cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site. Where required by applicable law, we will present a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies.

6. NEWSLETTER PLATFORM AND SUBSCRIPTION

6.1 Our newsletter and site publishing infrastructure is operated using Ghost. When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address (and name, if provided) is stored and processed within our Ghost instance in order to deliver newsletter content to you.

6.2 Ghost may process limited technical data (such as email open/click engagement) to provide delivery and engagement analytics to us. We use this data in aggregate to understand newsletter performance and are not making individualized profiling decisions about you based on this data beyond standard engagement metrics.

6.3 You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email, or by contacting us directly at partnerships@stablecoininsider.com. Unsubscribing will stop future newsletter emails but does not delete historical records required for legal or accounting purposes unless you separately request erasure under Section 11.

6.4 We use RB2B (rb2b.com), a website visitor identification tool, to identify individuals and companies who visit the Site, using techniques such as IP address matching and reverse data enrichment. This may reveal your identity, employer, and business contact details (including a business email address) even if you have not submitted any form on the Site.

6.5 Where RB2B identifies a visitor, that individual's contact details may be added directly to our newsletter distribution list, without a separate opt-in action taken by the visitor at that time.

6.6 If you receive a newsletter email from us as a result of this process and do not wish to continue receiving it, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email, or by contacting us at partnerships@stablecoininsider.com. If you are located in the EU/UK or another jurisdiction with equivalent consent requirements for marketing communications, and you did not affirmatively opt in, you may object to this processing at any time using the same channels.

7. SPONSORED CONTENT AND YOUR DATA

Where you interact with Sponsored Content, partner reports, or partner-branded surveys/forms that are hosted on or linked from the Site, any data you submit directly to that third party (rather than to us) will be governed by that third party's own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing the relevant partner's privacy policy before submitting data through partner-branded content or forms.

8. HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We may share personal data with:

(a) Service providers who support our operations, including our newsletter/publishing platform (Ghost), analytics providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, and email delivery services, each acting on our behalf and only to the extent necessary to provide their service to us.

(b) Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) where necessary for legitimate business purposes.

(c) Regulatory or governmental authorities, courts, or law enforcement, where required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.

(d) A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of some or all of our business assets, subject to that entity agreeing to handle your data consistent with this Policy.

We do not share personal data with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Where personal data is transferred to service providers located outside the UAE (for example, cloud hosting or analytics providers with servers in other countries), we take reasonable steps to ensure such providers maintain an appropriate standard of data protection, whether through contractual safeguards, the provider's own certifications, or reliance on data transfer mechanisms recognized under applicable law.

10. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including:

(a) Newsletter subscriber data: for as long as you remain subscribed, plus a reasonable period thereafter for suppression-list purposes (to ensure we do not re-contact you after you unsubscribe).

(b) Contact form submissions: for as long as necessary to address your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes.

(c) Where longer retention is required by applicable UAE law (e.g., accounting or commercial record-keeping obligations), we will retain data for the legally mandated period.

After the applicable retention period, personal data is deleted or anonymized.

11. YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law (including the PDPL), you may have the right to:

(a) Request access to the personal data we hold about you;

(b) Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

(c) Request erasure of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements;

(d) Object to or request restriction of certain processing (e.g., opt out of newsletter marketing at any time);

(e) Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;

(f) Request a copy of your personal data in a portable format, where applicable;

(g) Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office (or the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction, if applicable) if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at partnerships@stablecoininsider.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

12. DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and reliance on reputable third-party infrastructure providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is intended for a professional, business-to-business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may link to third-party websites. This Policy does not apply to those websites, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, the tools we use, or legal requirements. The updated Policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes affecting how we use previously collected data, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., via a Site banner or newsletter notice).
